CCLI is designed to provide an immersive and engaging experience for all fellows. During the semester, you will attend five sessions, including a retreat, to develop your skills and knowledge. Industry professionals will present throughout the program, providing the opportunity to expand your network and learn from subject matter experts.
Frequently Asked Questions
High-performing, service minded, juniors, seniors, and graduate students enrolled at one of the three colleges or universities in Conway, Arkansas (Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and the University of Central Arkansas) are eligible to apply.
The program consists of five three-hour sessions held over the course of a semester.
The application process typically involves submitting an online application form, a resume, and a personal statement. Applicants may be required to interview with a selection committee.
Fellows will graduate from the program having received:
- Experiential learning that focuses on personal and professional development and career education
- Opportunities to develop meaningful connections with area employers, community leaders and fellowship classmates
- A broadened sense of community involvement and outlets for leadership service
- Mentorship, internship and/or career opportunities post-graduation in the Conway area
While the program is designed to encourage and develop a cohort of graduates interested in post-graduation employment in the Conway region, students who do not plan to stay in the area are still welcome to apply and participate in the program.
