Each semester, you’ll attend five meetings, including a retreat, and participate in various sessions to develop your skills and knowledge. Our expert mentors and industry professionals will guide you throughout the program, providing support and guidance every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in one of the three colleges or universities in Conway, Arkansas (Hendrix College, University of Central Arkansas, and Central Baptist College) is eligible to apply.

The program consists of five sessions, including a retreat, held over the course of a semester. Fellows are also encouraged to participate in mentoring, internships, and other career development opportunities, but the time commitment for these activities is flexible and determined by each individual fellow.

The application process typically involves submitting an online application form, a resume, and a brief essay or personal statement. Selected applicants may be invited for an interview with CCLI staff.

CCLI fellows have the opportunity to participate in mentoring, internships, and other career development activities with local employers in the Conway area.

While the program is designed to encourage and develop a cohort of graduates interested in post-graduation employment in Conway, students who do not plan to stay in the area are still welcome to apply and participate in the program.
