How To Have a Safe Socially-Distanced Halloween in Downtown Conway
This year, Halloween will be a bit different than it has been in the past. Covid-19 has changed the way daily life looks for everyone. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t still have a fun, safe Halloween, and Downtown Conway is the perfect place to take your family, friends, or even just yourself out for a spooky, socially-distanced night on the town!
Food & Drink
If you’d like to get your caffeine fix for the morning, check out one of Downtown Conway’s coffee shops. Blue Sail Coffee will be featuring “Spooky Punch”, a delicious refresher with lemon-lime flavors. Zeteo Coffee’s menu will include the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, as well as the “Up All Night”, a blend of your choice of Coke or Dr. Pepper, espresso, vanilla, and cream.
To start off your evening, grab a bite at Mike’s Place or JJ’s Grill for a taste of what downtown has to offer. For dessert, you can head to Cross Creek Sandwich Shop for a Warm Apple Crisp or a Pumpkin Cookie, perfect for fall. For any furry family members, you can head to the Neighborhood Pet Shoppe. If you bring your dog in dressed up on Halloween, they get a free treat!
Shopping & Entertainment
After you’ve eaten, you can start shopping! Head to E. Leigh’s, Jenifer’s Antiques, or American Jane Vintage to find items with a little Autumn flair. Stop by Golden Girls and mention the code “trick or treat” at checkout to get $5 off a regular-priced item on any purchase of $25 or more. You can also head to Park Hill Home for Halloween-themed Lori Mitchell figurines as well as fall-scented candles.
If you’d like to sing or just listen to some fun Halloween tunes, you can head over to Kings Live Music for some spooky karaoke!
For The Kids
If you have kids in your life that still want to show off their costumes, Brick & Forge is offering free kids meals to any children in costumes (limit 2 per adult entree). At O’Malley’s, kids 12 and under in costume will get a free kids meal with the purchase of any adult entree, burger, or sandwich from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. They will also be handing out candy at the door. Tacos 4 Life will be handing out candy and superhero masks to children on Halloween, and Kawaii Boba House will have spooky Halloween-themed cups, pumpkin spice flavored drinks, and will be handing out small goodie bags on Halloween through the drive-thru.
The Painted Pug also has great selections for Halloween and fall-themed merchandise. They will be open from 10 am to 5 pm on Halloween and are handing out candy to trick-or-treaters.
While Halloween will look different this year, it doesn’t mean you can’t go out and have a fun night while still staying safe. Downtown Conway is still here for you and has plenty of ways to enjoy yourself any day of the year. #YourPlaceIsHere #DowntownStrong
